Opened in 2020, Provident Place features 33 apartment homes with underground parking. The first floor has 9,500 square feet of commercial space. The building was designed with input from the commuity to complement the aesthetic of an area rich in history and culture.

Modern edge takes hold at The Venue on Michigan Avenue in Lansing. The vibrant eastside neighborhood has found its urban core in this sleek mixed-use development featuring 42 apartments and 7 leased commercial spaces. A 150-foot mural on the back of the building is an homage to the area's unique and cultured history.

Esker Square

Situated in the heart of downtown Holt is Esker Square. The first of two buildings will be ready to welcome residents in Fall 2022. Esker will feature 90 units including traditional apartment homes and work-live style units. Within these units, tenants can operate a small studio or storefront in addition to living quarters.

Lofts on Washington Square

Renovated in 2006, the Lofts on Washington Square combine urban living and vintage charm. Exposed masonry, refinished hardwood floors, arched windows and design add character to each unique unit in the building.

Conquest Fitness

As a partner, TGC planned, designed and built this state-of-the-art fitness facillity located in Dewitt, Michigan. With over 24,000 square feet, Conquest features a 40-yard turf football field, training facilities, upscale locker rooms and a large open traditional gym.

Marketplace

Built in the heart of downtown lansing, this mixed-use building features 80 apartment homes. The building was constructed under the management of The Gillespie Company in 2015.

Midtown

Situated between Michigan State University and the state capital is Midtown. With 48 apartments and 1,800 square feet of commercial space, this development, constructed by The Gillespie Company opened in 2016.

Fantastic Finds

A renovation and a 12,000 square foot addition to an existing dress shop in Lansing, Michigan. The addition featured innovative display elements and a runway for apparel display and modeling.
